Lullaby's: Songs for sleeping

aggh, this might be a bit weird? but does anyone use music to get them going to sleep or really help relax themselves such that it's easy to go to sleep?

i remember i might've had some song when i was a kid or something, but know i've found my own thing :P

Sometimes if i have trouble sleeping, i can do other "things" to get to sleep :p but sometimes music really helps as well.

Anyway, Aphex Twin Selected ambient works volume 2 has a really relaxing feel for me and sometimes helps me get to sleep, although i end up the stero on which is maybe a waste of electricity?

Anyone els euse any music for this kinda of stuff?

even for some kind of meditation which requires some kind of deep relaxation/escapism?

edit: sorry, i did use a search thing but nothing came up for me?

We discussed this a few months ago - for more suggestions, check out:

This week, Hilary Stagg's Dream Spiral is getting the most play.

If you're just looking for ambiance-type stuff, check out Lorna. They're what I listen to most nights to go to sleep.

There are also a couple of songs on here (MP3.com, so hurry before they shut down Dec. 2).

Hope ya like.

Side 2 of Dark Side of the Moon.

Us..us..us..us...and Them..them..them....ZZZZZzzzzzz!

Don't get me wrong, it's one of my favorite albums. I went to sleep listening to this almost every night while in a college dorm. Just something very soothing about it.
