"Hey Ya" Video...
This is something a dear friend of mine pointed out the other day.
There is a coffin behind Andre 3000 (as Andre "Ice Cold" 3000) on the stage. Look very closely for it, and you might find it. It's a little unnerving, isnt it? What do you think its for? EDIT! Also, on SNL tonight, there's a coffin that's holding up the DJ equipment. |

Well, I think (and I may be wrong) it's because Andre's CD (and the band on the "Hey Ya" video) is called The Love <i>Below</i>.

I don't find it unnerving in the least... but I sure don't understand the symbolism behind it. The video is really cool though...
A lot of times I like music videos until I see one thing that goes against the theme of the video, I get really turned off to it, but this video managed to avoid that the whole way through. |
