damn you rrf, beat me, he quit rage, obviously, and after that said he was consentrating on political issues, he'll probably end up freeing Cuba, by himself

he is making a solo albumas we speak its supposed to be out next year, i hope its good. My ideal concert would go something like this: Zach de la Rocha opens, busting out some great music, then Audioslave hits the stage, they are good, and then all the members of Rage get together for one last awesome show. now that would be a farewell tour. Oh and throw system of a down in there somewhere and you have an amazing concert.
i liked march of death, not that great though. And the weird dj is DJ Shadow, an awesome DJ.

With the exception of Zach, all of the RATM dudes are now playing with Chris Cornell, in a band called Audioslave. Personally I think they suck... both Soundgarden and Rage were much better imo.

Zach was doing something with Trent Reznor I thought. I'm not sure any cd could support that much unfocused anger.
Tom Morello was always the brain behind that band (I met the guy once - talked for a good 10 minutes) - it is surprising audioslave has such a traditional sound, considering chris cornell can be pretty creative too... |

Trent Reznor worked behind the scenes on the recording of March of Death, and i am not sure but he may have done the guitar, if there was one, i dont remember. But ya Trent is the behind the scenes guy for Zach as of now.

Rage was awesome, it's too bad Audioslave sucks ass. It's hard to believe an awesome band can go to shit after replacing just one member.
I don't care much for La rocha's political propaganda bullshit, but he's an awesome mc with wicked crazy energy. If him and Rezner live up to their legends, it should be an awesome album. That's a pretty big "if" though... |

He failed.
Audioslave got thier album out first because Zach de la Rocha was too busy trying to be cooler then everyone. I have a feeling when it finaly gets released it's gonna be a shit hybrid of Rage and over-the-top Afro-centric hip-hop without a clear message.

That's a very plausible theory World's King, although for the fact that he's working with Rezner I would predict a darker more morbid sound with a realistic twist.
I'm not to fond of La rocha as a media entity, but when it comes to music, I really don't care about content. He can sing about gourmet deserts for all I care, as long as he makes the over-all sound good. (don't laugh, George Harrison pulled it off on the White album with Savoy Truffle) |

Couldn't download it.
From what I've heard, de la Rocha's album will consist of him rapping over music from a varity of sources, including the aforementioned Trent Reznor and DJ Shadow. sk
