I still prefer the agression of Tool but I love the fact that Maynard actually "sings" more with APC The new album is gonna kick ass. If you ever want a great experiance see APC live on X |

i also prefer tool to APC. but then again i prefer tool to just about anything out there these days.
for those of you who missed out on these last few shows, don't worry, i just got an email from the APC mailing list saying they'll be back for a full US tour soon. the tour they're on now is kinda just a mini rehearsal type thing. you figure that the band has been on hiatus for a few years and they have two new members so they need to find their groove in smaller venues i suppose. |

Yeah. The new CD is gonna own all. I'm on the street team, and had the full version of "Weak and Powerless" sent to me... and it is fucking awesome. I can't wait for the CD.

I've loved APC since they first even talking about it. I'm down with ANYTHING maynard does. he's never dissapointed. The song kinda reminds me of ORESTES from the first album (one more medicated peaceful moment.) beautiful. As far as the music not changing....the band on the CD is still the same. i think Paz is the only one that left before the CD was done. But James IHA isn't recorded on it. it's still troy i think. but yes the new single rocks. I can't wait to download it. then buy it. because i doubt i can wait the full wait (but i WILL BUY IT)

Tool is more solid and innovative then APC. but APC can make a brother cry like nothing else. I think Maynard uses more force behind his voice in tool with is what makes it a more intense experiance. but both are killer.

Cover is rather bright, but I like it. Too bad the link doesn't work, be nice to here the full single, but I'll be patient and go listen to it at the music store when it comes out. Can't wait. This thread just keeps me getting more and more wet for it's release.

I think anything with Keenan in it is absolutely amazing. When it comes to TOOL or APC, I like both for different reasons. TOOL is my favorite band, with APC not far behind.
Glad to hear new album coming out, I wanna hear it!
