Guitar Gurus - What effect is used here?
 

I really like the sound of the guitar on this little clip, and I was looking for opinions on what effects were used. I'm not that good at deciphering sounds. I hope to use a sound like this in one of my songs.

It is only 15 seconds worth.

My only guess would be maybe delay, slow phaser, and compression. But even if that is whats used, I have no idea how to set them. Any ideas?

Not a guru but...
It just sounds like they are just using harmonics...I really don't hear any delay (unless it is very subtle). Compression maybe, that is hard to just detect by listening (for me, anyway). Who recorded it?

I think it's a chorus pedal and a very, VERY low delay. But I've only been playing for 8 years

Delay, and maybe a touch of reverb IMHO. The rest is in the fingers.

i'm hearing a bit of flange too.

Sounds a lot like The Edge. Reminds me of "Wire" and you can hear the same sound there our maybe the outro from "Where the Streets Have No Name"...


yeah; chorus and a wee bit of reverb. And a Fender. Duh. ;)

The only thing I can hear is some light disto and a quiet echo.
