Need a Song...
We did a very cool bereavement event mid-May and I'm putting together a slide show of some of the images and I need some help.
I cannot tell you how freaking sick I am of "Angel" and all the sad music that is typically used in this type of multimedia presentation. And if I ever hear "His Eyes Is On The Sparrow" again, I'll probably implode. So, I'm asking around, what song makes you take a moment to pause and remember and celebrate those you love that may not be around any more? I want something somewhat upbeat, something out-of-the-ordinary that will make people NOT cry, but rather see that this was an awesome experience and should be supported, sponsored and remembered... So far I've come up with Two Step and Everyday but I'm not satisfied. And, I'm not taking S's (sarcastic) suggestion of "Gravedigger", Here is one of the big tree mural we made by having a local artist paint the tree and the families decorate the leaves. It's the cornerstone image... Thoughts?
