There was/is so much about metal that sucks, especially the hair band crap of the eighties. The real reason all that metal sucked, though, is because they were pale, pathetic imitations of the real pioneers of the genre--people like Ronnie James Dio. |

Damn, I haven't been a fan of Dio very long, but what I did listen of his music, I loved. He was a pioneer in every sense of the word and the world will be a loss because he is gone.

This was a loss to music in general. He was an ICON.
While most people think of Ozzy as THE singer for Black Sabbath--1980's Heaven and Hell, is probably, back to front, the strongest Black Sabbath album of them all. :( |
