One of the defining relationships of my life was a long-term romance with a serious Beatlemaniac. Once she left, I had to put their songs away. Had to do the same for Simon & Garfunkel, Heart and Kansas. It was much too painful to listen to them. I have to admit that this state lasted for most of a decade.
I'm sorry to hear that. When I get tired of "Out of the Blue" I play "Eldorado" instead. Or better yet, "Time"...what wonderful concept albums they both were.
