Songs About Rain
 

It's been rainy here in Ohio today, and I've been walking around singing rainy-day type songs.

It's no secret that I love the Carpenters, and Rainy Days & Mondays is a particular favorite of mine:



Ronnie Milsap's Smoky Mountain Rain is another good one...reminds me of listening to his records as a kid.



And probably my favorite song about rain, the Cascades - Rhythm of the Rain. I was around 11 the first time I heard it, and I've loved it since then. If my life had a soundtrack, this would definitely be on it.




There are tons of songs about rain, and I'm in a rainy day mood. So, what's your favorite song about rain?

Doubt anyone else but me has ever heard of this song, but it was the first one to pop into my head.

Garbage wins. I really hope they come back from hiatus soon.
