I like to sing anything by Tool, since I know that no one can hear me not hit a single note that Maynard can. Damn that guy has a good voice. A favorite "sing-along" of mine is Sober, also Forty-Six and Two.

Both Champagne Supernova and Don't Look Back in Anger from Oasis's first record (Whats the Story, Morning Glory) make me scream like a banshee.

Kind of embarrasing in restaurants though.
