I've had that stupid rick roll song stuck in my head. At work they play that type of music, I hear it even when it's not on. I might end up jabbing my scissors through my forehead.

Oh, Lady. We're no strangers to love. You know the rules, and so do I.
Redlemon...I had my doubts about that song. A cappella metal? I ended up really liking it, though, so thanks for sharing Here's another numbers song I frequently have stuck in my head...including today:

Not only will I be singing that for the rest of the day, I feel the need to go watch the show now.

I've seen Rockapella live. Their first tenor could part your hair from across the room with his laser voice. Jeez, can you still find episodes of Carmen?
(Fun note: this, the original version of the song, references Czechoslovakia. By the time they released their album Primer with this song on it, the nation had broken up, so the lyrics were changed to "Czech and Slovakia".)

Currently rolling around in my noggin is The Friends of Mr. Cairo by Jon and Vangelis.
No idea why. "You are going to make us an offer... we can't refuse?"

And it won't go away, no matter what I listen to, it's there when the music stops.

Every time I see this damn thread title come up, I immediately get this is the song that never ends, it just goes on and on my friends... in my head. Fortunately... or not... these two lines are the only two I know.

and I've been dealing with Eve of Destruction going through my mind ever since I accidentally happened upon a PBS broadcast of some Folk Legends CD's.
A very Mod presentation:

Roachboy freaking beat me to it, that Manu Chao song is CONSTANTLY stuck in my head.
Other than that, darling Of Montreal's 'Wraith Pinned to the Mist and Other Games' finds it's way bouncing around my brain fairly often.
