Concert: Rock on the Range

I heard about this on my way back from Columbus, and we have 6 people going to it now! What a line up. Should be a two day thing though, not all the bands will get to play too much music.

Does anyone plan on attending? If so, let's meet up!

Have seen the advert for it, but ZZTop and Velvet Revolver would be the only bands I'd want to see. (A couple of those I'd never heard of. I'm getting old!) Hope you have a great time, and the weather cooperates. Let me know how it goes...

A friend and I might be going to this. He knows a bunch of people that are going, but they're all younger than I am. It's still a long ways away so I'm just playing it by ear.

Here is some info for you, from another site I frequent:

"Parking is $15 for general parking and $22 for VIP parking. Cash only to buy food and drink inside the stadium. Parking opens at 9 A.M. Gates open at 11 A.M. First 10,000 inside the gate will be given a wristband to go on to the field. Tailgating will be allowed."

So, how was it absorbentishe?

Well, my day fell through, so I didn't go. I found out late my brother-in-law wasn't going, and no one else wanted to go. I'm kicking myself for not being there.... I heard it was really awesome from a radio station that helped promote it.

I'm really loving the new VR and Puddle of Mud songs, and really wanted to see those bands.
