My favourite summer song is actually Ja Rule - Livin' it up. :)

What makes a song a 'summer song' anyways?

Hmm... yea the version i've got of brown eyed girl sounds a lot like van morrison but it's not quite the same as the original. I think it's a mis-label aye.

As for what a summer song sounds like... I'm thinking anything kinda up beat, breezy... lazy sunday afternoon kinda stuff haha any song that uses a certain tremolo technique for the guitar. or.. well, anything that reminds you of summer. For the alice in chains song I put down, it actually describes winter but the bend in the intro really reminds me of summer anyway.
