Headphones - Koss KSC-35
 

anyone with Koss KSC-35 headphones? arent they ace! tell me about how your music sounds with them.

Good headphones can make music sound great. I have a pair of Sony mdr-v600, the last model before they became unbearably gaudy, flashy. I love to listen to cds that have a layered rich sound: Radiohead, later Beatles, Nine Inch Nails, Funkadelic, Prefuse 73, Stereolab, etc. Headphones should be used sparingly though, hearing loss is a real possibility.

Koss makes great phones. I have a set of porta pros that I use with my ipod. They are, however, a bit bassy at times.

I have a set of sens at work that are more nuetral, but to tend to roll off a little soon on the low end.

These are the loudest phones I've ever had... I wouldn't have it any other way. I love being able to put the phones around my neck and just listen from there, clearly, and carry on a conversation at the same time. I've never been able to do that with any phones in the past. These things really are awesome...

Knowing me, though, they'll be dead in one ear (at least) in a week (at least).
