Mark of Cain for weights work. Always get me pumped.

The Matrix and Blade soundtracks are good to work out to. Also to have sex to, if that's your thing. :)

Lately I've been a fan of getting a sweat worked up while listening to The Streets, namely 'Lets Push Things Forward' and 'Fit But You Know It'. Get it. Fit. Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Dunno if I mentioned this earlier, but lately I have been running and lifting almost incessantly to:

Louis Attaque (some GREAT, feet-pounding beats)
The Killers (driving beat but also catchy)
Outkast, Hey Ya (great for running)
+ a few more classic rock and urban beats thrown in...

I listen to the same music I listen to when I'm not working out. Pounding beats do nothing for me.

Blue Man group is also good for workouts\sex. :)

Daft Punk - Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger
Paul Oakenfold - Ready Steady Go
The Roots & BT - Tao of the Machine

Any 90s Dance music (La Bouche, Amber, etc.)

Anything with a modicum of energy works for me. Aerosmith, The Streets, some Modest Mouse, any of my harder stuff (Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, STP, a lot of Foo Fighters...)

When running, I particularly like Queens of the Stone Age. I don't know why, it just works for me.

Dance/Techno/Trance is sometimes a workout use for me when id go running, so the music zones me out of how tired I am, and I run for longer.

But the thing that will probably work best is...

whatever you like to listen to!!
