First car! w00t! (Help me name it)

Here's my new baby. I got such a great deal on her, but now she needs a name. Post your ideas here!

Just some stats about it that contradict the photos...

1995 VW Jetta III
167,000 kms
Got it for $4000 Canadian

Any other VW owners out there? And please, no horror stories yet, I'd like to enjoy this feeling of having a new car for a while yet, lol.

I'm probably just going to keep typing until I run out of things to babble about and see how many people actually read this. I once ran down a hill, fell down and hurt my elbow; my mom said I would be ok, she kissed it and made it all better. I've run out of things to say now, so if you have read this whole thing, congratulations you get a gold star!

Most likely, it's a 2.0. There was a Canadian 1.8, too, so it could be either one of those. The grille is lacking VR6 badging, so I highly doubt that it's the six cylinder. Could be a diesel, I suppose, but those usually have TDI badging on the grille.

Mine is named Sally!

I would go for the alliteration unless something jumps out. How about Janica?

Brunhilde.... That's what I named my '94 Golf 1.8...but then, there was a lot of beer involved in that decision...

You've got the right idea. I've always been taught that you take the first letter of the model of your car, and that becomes the first letter of the car's name, and it has to be feminine. So with a Jetta, you could have Janie, Julie, Jasmine, Judy, Juniper, etc.
That's just the way I've always gone about naming my cars.

I've got a Black 97' Jetta named Bella.

Only 90,000 miles and awesome condition...just need dents taken out and a new paint job.

Get about 30 to the gallon. I love it.
