2001 Grand Prix Header install.
Here are some pics I took of installing headers on my friends Grand Prix GTP it was quite a learning experience.
This is the front manifold compared to the aftermarket header. Stock exhaust, not to pretty to the eyes. Engine with headers removed. Wasn't too bad of a job. Headers installed. Cutout and racing cat that will be installed, gotta love it, it will be emissions legal still. More pics of the headers finally torqued fully. And even a video of it running with just the headers on, with the cutout open it sounds close to the same. http://www.oldweakandpathetic.com/me...l/MOV03962.avi We have a set of nice tips and flowmaster muffler that will be used, but we are fabricating our own custom 2 1/2" Y pipe setup.

I wouldnt bother with running dual mufflers again. (splitting it off to two outlets)
just run a single muffler if you think you can tolerate the sound. you'll probably cost yourself a couple of HP and a bit of weight by going back with dual mufflers for no reason |

OK. I'm debating on who's to put on mine. Biggest thing is fit, since my L67 isn't in a GP, but the Olds CS that I drive.
