Best Auto Commercial EVER!!
Check this out, probably the most amazing thing I have seen...NO CAMERA TRICKERY!! Read the second link on how this was made..........You'll love it!!
http://home.attbi.com/~bernhard36/honda-ad.html How the commercial was made http://www.dailytelegraph.co.uk/news...3/nhonda13.xml |
606 takes to get it right? That would take an amazing amount of patience.
Very cool commercial!!! |
No camera trickery, but they have used some CGI ....
|
that was awesome
|
How many Honda's do they need to sell to pay off the ad?
I don't do poundage but £16,495 divided into £6 million = a shitload!!! |
WOW. Not sure what to think, Nice looking car though, we should get those here. The time spent...was it worth it?
|
"NO CAMERA TRICKERY!! "
brheheheh =] Yea... And how come these wheels roll up =) ? not mentioning some more details. The commercial 0wnz, but saying that there is no camera trickery ? :P Do they think ppl are dumb or do they want to make them dumb btw (At one point three tyres, amazingly, roll uphill. They do so because inside they have been weighted with bolts and screws which have been positioned with fingertip care so that the slightest kiss of kinetic energy pushes them over, onward and, yes, upward. ) I dont believe this =] such bullshit. |
thats 364 cars they can do it but thats not counting manufacturing costs and all the other X's Y's and Z's. But it was well worth the money i spent on it for that kind of entertainment.
Thanks Zipper |

It is possible to make tire roll up hill. If the weights are heavier than the tire then the weights will fall downward and force the tire to roll in that direction. Which happens to be up hill......you can try it, if you do it right it will work. |
Awesome....I really like the ingenuity.
|
way cool! Another example of commercials being more entertaining than programming.
|
Nice. Was that all comp generated?
|
that was pretty brilliant.. love the way they used various parts
|
very stylish! i loved the setting though, parket floor, and white wall. very nice touch. the only thing that i thought looked fake were the speakers bouncing up and down. but i think its a very very good ad!

I read in some article there's only like a second or two of CGI to link the two halves of footage together. Everything else is completely legit and there's no camera tricks or other such stuff. I'd hate to be the guy to trip over a piece of that and knock it all down.
