Vanity Plates...
Hi All, I am thinking of putting a vanity plate on my little Bimmer. I have been a diesel mechanic for around 27 years. I was thinking of, and reserved, "DIESELS". Is this vague, silly, or just right? This is the only vehicle I own that I considered putting such a plate.
What do you think? Thanks |
Sounds OK to me.
Thanks DDDDave, done deal. I appreciate your response.
I don't see a problem with it. You are using the option for the reason it was intended and chose a plate which isn't offensive.
I like the idea of vanity plates. Of course in my case I'd need to have my car up to spec before I'd get anything. Since I'm a shallow person. :)
sounds good to me.
you could also try DSL MECH if you wanted the "mechanic" part on the plate. just my opinion, other wise the one you have is fine, it makes sense and its not offensive.
Hey, its your car, go for it. If you want people to know that your a deisel mechanic in specific, i would go with DSL MECH as getrdone said.
Excellent option, GetRdone and !stOwCD8, excellent. I have to see if that is available! Outstanding! Thank You!
Wait, do you think people will be asking me why their downloads are so slow? How about DZLMECH? |
ya that might work better, the "DZ" would sound like the "deis" part of diesel. I do supposed people may ask u internet questions if u spell it DSL, although that would be really funny.
You could just go with "DIESEL" then people might think you' re jacked too. Or I guess they might think you have a rare imported TDI Bimmer...
