Tilted....i think this guy misinterpreted the meaning...
 

This eis what i discovered around a sharp corner on a steep hill, on my way to make a delivery on tuesday...

Lost his brakes and hit a rock, which launched him into a barrel roll into the hill at the middle of the corner...

CHP yelled at me for having my phone hanging out the window to take this picture :x

Did u help him or see if he was ok, or did you just take a pic and drive away?

I am sure based upon this statement:
that rescue and emergency services were already on the scene.

Thats a good pic from a camera phone though. Especially if you were moving!

the driver was standing there talking to the cop, explaining how he was going to kill the guy who services his brakes the day before...did i mention there was a brake drum laying on the side of the road?

bah. i drive large vehicles, and i'd bet that if he had done a proper brake check before he started driving around tight corners and steep grades, he wouldn't be making poor excuses to a cop.

Did he ride his brakes too much (which caused them to glaze over) instead of downshifting?

no idea...ill ask about it some more next time im over in that area
