Camry Commercial

Hey, don't know who else to ask, so i figure the car buffs here might be able to help.
Can you guys help me find or send me the camry commercial. I need it for a marketing class and i figure you guys are the ones best to ask.
Thanks if you can.

Oh.. that camry commercial.

wrongfullyaccuzd 09-26-2004 09:07 PM

The one where the guy goes backwards on the bridge and the slogan is "CAMRY - MYCAR"?

Halx 09-26-2004 09:15 PM

You mean.. the one.. that has a car in it?

Y2KDREAD 09-26-2004 10:45 PM

That's the one! The one with the car in it! You know, it drives really smooth and makes everyone happy! You know exactly which one!

the most recent one
i have no idea what the camry ad is.
I just have to find that one. yea vague i know.

For marketing class, you have to search the internet for a copy of a vaguely-described advertisement? I still don't get it...

It's probably a test of the effectiveness of a particular ad. In essence the exercise is to see if a particular commercial has saturated its' potential target audience. The pollster gives a vague question identifying the product and giving only a slight lead beyond that. If the respondents give the information on the target ad, the commercial is a success. If the respondents give info on a similar commercial, the overall ad campaign is somewhat successful. If the respondents do not know at all, the ad campaign is not working.

I'm not in marketing, so this is just a guess.

I'd tape Monday Night Football tonight; tends to be a lot of car ads in football games.
