*drool* i can't wait to see those things out on the road. 5.4L, 400 horses... now i can't wait to see what SVT and Saleen do.

Did I hear turbo or was that just my speakers distorting?

Yanno, I hear it too. So I assume it is, or the video recorder was receiving the sound weird.

The noise you hear Is a fiberglass flexfan

Some Info on the Mustang
The engine Is mostly stock, when I rebuilt the engine, I Installed a bigger cam and a Holly 750 double pumper carburetor, everything else on the engine Is stock.

I do have headers on It also.

When I bought the mustang, It had a 302/2B engine - C4 trans - 8 inch rearend - Front and Rear drum brakes.

It now has a 351C/4B engine - C6 trans - Front disc brakes - 9 inch rearend with Trac loc, and a nodular-iron case.

LOL, nice '69 Mustang...pretty decent driver, too.
New Mustang, love it! Engine sound brings back memories for me, I had a '95 CamaroZ28 with a 6-speed. Nothing like V8 torque... :thumbsup:

That's probably the fastest Ive ever seen a chevette go, period. :D

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Mustang fan and all but I could have swore they were releasing a 5.4L 400 horsepower version. I looked at the Ford website earlier today and the GT is a 4.6L pushing out 300 horses. For 25k, that's a hell of a bang for the buck but I'm kinda dissapointed that nothing bigger is coming out. Also, I've heard no Cobra this year which is also a bit of a dissapointment but hey... what can you do.

They will release it with the 5.4L...just give it time :)
