did some searching, and found this site, http://www.rallycars.com/Cars/CarsBase.html
not sure what you were looking for exactly, but hopefully this will get you started.

Also, Sport Compact Car magazine had a fan guide for the SCCA Prorally packaged with this month's issue. If it's available in your area, it may help you out also.
