No States for it yet

Looks a little like the Acura TSX, in my opinion. I think the fog lights are pretty interesting, if those are, indeed, fog lights. But I think this is a better design than the Focus that we have in the States.

I like it, reminds me of a rounder Chrysler 300C.

The exhaust needs to be redesigned so its not identical to the front running lights, as the tips will be spewing exhaust grunge all over the back bumper...

I think it looks badass. Unfortunately, I'm also thinking that will never make it to production. The Focus is too low-cost to warrant "designer"-exhaust tips like those, for example. Even though I really like them. I'd like a look in the concept cabin, just to see if there's any innovation there. Also, interesting that the concept for the new Focus is a sedan, whereas the Focus we've all come to know and love, is mainly a hatchback...

Looks like a small Mondeo to me. And i like it. The light clusters are especially good. The twin exhausts will probably not make it to production.

The Focus sedan has been growing in popularity over here, so I'm not surprised that Ford would pursue marketing the sedan more.

Haha, so true...in the US car industry it quantity over quality and when they need something 'upscale' they buy out the companies that make quality cars (Ford owns Aston Martin, Jaguar, Volvo, Land Rover, etc, GM owns Saab) and put their cheap ass parts in them to save a buck.

Why does every fucking new car in existence now look identical to a VW Passat from the side?

I like it... they need to get rid of the gay-ass pastel colors though. What the hell ever happened to british racing green as a color option?!

As for the jackasses saying they never will buy American cars... remember that all cars are made from parts not made in the assembly plant.

I worked for a company that made interior trim parts and wheel cover.. our major customers were Mercedes Benz, Ford, Toyota, and Chevrolet.... so the quality isn't always solely in the manufacturers hands...

It's okay. I like it better than the older sedan. I like the hatchback a lot better than the sedan though.

I really like the old Focus. I wanted one for a while. The base model looks pretty plane, but the Saleen body kit looks AMAZING, in my opinion.
I ran accross this concept a while ago...

The thing I don't understand about the Focus series is why they never put in a V6. Even the SVT and Saleen are just a V4s. I'm sure they could have squeezed in a V6...Focus isn't THAT small. It would have costed more though.

The concept I like the most is Ford put a 5.0L cammer v8 into one focus just for show purposes...but that would be fun

The concept looks a hell of a lot better than the redesigned '05 model. WTF were they thinking?!?

I think I like the concept pics above more than the current models though.

I agree. The sedan version looks like a little Mondeo. I have heard the concept seen here will be available in Europe first and will NOT be available in the States for many years to come. And they have recently unveiled a facelifted version for 2005 in the US to suit the tastes over there.

I think it looks a lot better than the new Golf, and new Astra!

I like the concept car a lot and absolutely think the Saleen concept is very cool. I wish they would have brought the European Focus here. I saw the public version of the Ford Focus Rally car in Britain last year and it was awesome. I would've loved to get that here.

Someone did put a V8 in one. They said it wasn't as hard as they thought it was going to be. Even being front drive they said there was enough of a "hump" down the center to help with drive shaft placement (possibly for an AWD version sometime in the future) It was supposedly pretty hairy to drive.
