Couple thoughts:

- I have always subscibed to the idea of naming cars and like to see others do the same. My Jeep is Boris and my wife's Mustang 5.0 Convertable is Martha. Nice work.

- Beautiful Car. I know you are going to be happy with it for sure. It is good to see someone in a job they like making enough money to get by. Keep up the good work.

- So what mods are you planning? I don't know you, but what I suspect from what I have observed that you can't leave this baby alone. Rebecca can't just be lost in the crowd of other TLs. As my two cents, please avoid "The Wing that Taste Forgot". I think you will be fine though. Seems like you have a good head for these things.

Have Fun!

I don't think I'll be doing much to the car.. if I do, it'll be down the road. New rims are a must.. though I will probably keep them at 17" - I will have to test out someone else's TL who has a 1" drop via comptech springs... then another guy who has the eibach pro kit. If either set improves the ride, I'll probably go with that. Injen has a CAI that is said to give up to 10 more hp and comptech is coming out with a supercharger in a while... these are all the mods that I'm considering.

there is no 2-door version of the TL
the RSX is another kinda car entirely

the CL was the 2-door version for the first 2 generations, but they stopped making the CL. I heard plans for it in 2006 though.

Oh so I see

Acura has a EL or something out now but thats also a 4 door.

I was think the RSX was the 2 door version because the ass end or the 2 cars look a lot a like!

I think the EL in Canada is just a rebadged Honda Civic.

I'd consider the RSX to be the 2-door version of the TSX.

The EL is a Civic with different front body work(looks alot better than civic), more sound isolation, 4 wheel discs, side arirbags, and leather option. Its a pretty good deal considering its only about 700 CDN more than a Civic Si (EX in U.S.). The RSX is its own car, its on a completly different platform than the TSX. I own a 03 EL (Black, leather, aerokit) and a 04 TL (sliver, 5AT).

I think the TL and the TSX look the same, but maybe I need them to be side by side to see the difference!

Sweet car Halx! The TSX is almost like a smaller version. It has 200hp compared to the TL's 270hp.

I'm probably gonna wait a year for all of the aftermarket parts to start rolling out and get some reports on them. The only things that are availible now are cold air intakes and lowering springs.

Rebecca would look even hotter if it was slammed. I think all cars do. It has the right wheels for it, so I think if you drop it, it would make a big difference.

When you drop it, you generally sacrifice the smoothness of the ride. That's one of the main reasons why I got rid of my other car in the first place. I like smooth rides. If I do lower it, it will be 1" max, and I'm gonna test drive a few other TLs with the springs first.
