I saw this car parked next to my dad's car last summer. No, it wasn't just the paintjob. It looked identical down to the last sticker. The only difference is that the number wasn't there. It was just a white square.

I live in an apartment building. It was parked next to the side of the building at about 7:50am My dad's car was parked right next to it. I couldn't get a chance to take a longer look because we were running late for work. It looked identical down to the last add-on (with those hood and trunk round calipers, I don't know what they're called). I live in Chicago suburbs, so I donno maybe he had business in the big city.

I guess a Lamborghini Countach isn't seen everyday, there is one in town, but I think its a kit car it does have all the right tags.

I have also seen a Acura NSX and a done up Mini(new one)

Its not really rare but one with a body kit low profile rims/tires is rare in this city!

There is also a old Ferrari around here just don't know what make it is!

Would have been sweet to get a pic of that car!

It also had a cop car following it since in my state you cannot have cars that low to the ground.

The key important fact of this is that where I live, anything better then your average BMW is impressive. Tons of muscle cars tho.
Why can't cars in your state be low to the ground?

When living in San Diego. I saw a 1925 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost. The cool part was that the thing had been hotrodded and was painted White pearl, Street slicks on the back and skinny tires on the front. Followed the guy to his house to find out what the hell it was. The guy had more money than he could spend. He said he hot rodded it because no one else in history had the money to or if they had the money they didn't have the balls to do it.

Someone in town has a new NSX, and on Saturday night I saw a DeTomaso Pantera being driven slowly and loudly, as if to say to everyone, "Hey everyone, look at me, I'm driving this car, I have a hot woman in the passenger seat, and you don't have the car or the woman."

I saw a Dodge Viper once.
Probably no big deal to you guys, but I live in Sydney, and all our cars are RHD. So this guy must have forked out a fortune to have it converted from LHD and complianced etc... unless it was a 'replica', in which case it would have still cost him a pretty penny.

I saw one of these last night... in silver...

today at lunch I saw one in metallic blue....

weird. 2 in 24 hours...

I wouldn't say it's drop dead gorgeous, but it is quite a stunning vehicle in person.

Ferrari something-or-other, from last week. Not sure what model. Maybe not so rare, but...

Speaking of the Bentley Continental, I was following one the other day, a silver one with dealer plates. It seemed more fancy than sporty, looks expensive. It just seems so stupid to have a Bentley in Michigan, with the saltspray winters, and the shitty, potholed streets.

It sounded nice and strong. And LOUD.

edit: lol, I just looked at the license plate.
I guess that would be what model Ferrari it is...year, too

In North Scottsdale you can usually see a Ferrari or a Lamborghini if you drive around. You'll see a lot more during spring training time because of the influx of millionaires. I love how those things sound. Things that are much more rare are the NSX, Bentlies, and Rolls Royce. There is a Ferrari dealership in southern Scottsdale so you can see tehm a lot there but those don't really count since they are on test drives.

Oddly enough, that's not a 355, nor was it made in 1999. It's a 360 Challenge Stradale. You can even see that written on the back of the car if you look close. Maybe the guy wanted the same plates he had on his previous car .

Anyways, I saw a Shelby Series One a few months ago in Philly. Really funky looking car (not in a good way).

Quite annoying I was coming back from work at around 4ish, and as soon as i get off the exit ramp I pulled up next to a 360 spyder. The annoying part wasn't the car, it was the driver who looked no older than maybe 19 or 20. I hope he is greatful for what he has cause it is one hell of an impressive car.

As a DeLorean afficionado, I have to intervene here

1. It was slightly over 8,000 DeLoreans that were produced.

2. There is no such "shiny-bodied V8 Back to the Future Model". Every DeLorean made had a V6, every model had the same Stainless Steel Body, with the exception of 3 cars, which were made from GOLD.

That is all

I saw a Noble M12 on the freeway in Akron, OH a couple weeks ago. Most folks in the US have probably never heard of it. It's a "low end" supercar from England, available here as a kit of sorts. Very very fast.

Check out http://www.1gracing.com for more info

I also saw a Gallardo and a new Elise on the same stretch of freeway.

i saw a Lamborghini (sp?) on my way home from work a couple weeks ago. i took pictures of it with my camera phone, but attatchments aren't allowed in this thread. :-( i didn't know what kind it was, so i had to wait until i got home and checked it out on the net. it was the Diablo VT 6.0 litre. omg it sounded so freaking sweet. i had to turn my music off and roll down my windows (even though it was like 36 degrees outside) just so i could listen to it. almost gave me a hard on. :-)

Last weekend my father-in-law took me and my SO and my momsie-in-law to the Masserati/ferarri dealership in Greensboro, NC... So I got to drool over some of those, and my god, I creamed my pants just looking at them! Martel doesn't get the high end car thing, but by god, I've been salivating over a Lamborghini Diablo ever since I was six or so... and Aston Martin has this awesome black metallic glitter paint job that is just the sexiest thing EVER.

Anyway, in my old apartment complex, a guy owned a baby blue Rolls... actually in Ashvegas I see rolls about once every month or so... Tom Cruise has a house around here somewhere... oh, and one day, on my way to work, I saw a red ferrari go zooming by, which almost made me crash cause my jaw hit the floor, I mean, A FERRARI? HERE??
