that's shitty for him especially if it's the M series, if it's not it's probably a 3 series of some sort which is still shitty and yes I would cry. It's a common car depending on where you reside,.

I'd cry. A car isn't just something you use to show off, a car is also a means of transportation. Losing a car is losing a certain degree of freedom, as well as a sum of money. Saying one shouldn't cry over a common car is like saying one shouldn't cry over a lost wad of cash. $100 bills are relatively common, compared to the BMW, right?

I've seen this series before. My dad kinda did a similar thing. He was up at Road Atlanta in GA this past weekend and he slid off the track on turn 4 and ended up nailing a concrete wall head on in his 79 AMC Spirit. This car was a cherry car with a highly modified AMC401 putting out about 325 RWHP. The entire front end was smashed in abour 6 inches and the front clip is totalled. He was not hurt though

Good thing hes ok,, but one thing I have learned is never drive an old car like todays race cars...
