I was screwed by a Honda Dealer

Hi I live in Norman, Oklahoma and bought a new civic lx from a local dealership last Friday. I specifically told the guy I did not want any extended warranties. He agreed, then proceeded to print up the documents and I signed them. Stupid as it may sound I didn't really read all of them, there was a lot of crap to read. Basically the guy sold me the warranty that covers the engine and the paint(only from acid rain and bird droppings, (come to find out) and now I owe over 18 grand for a civic. It is a nice car and that isn't the issue.
Now, my questions to you all is, Am I screwed? Do I have the right to ask for a refund? This is my first post, unfortunately for help.

if you go there TONIGHT you might be able to get it off with buyer's remores. . otherwise, your options are limited.

Insane

Since you specifically told them that you did not want it and you're sure the salesman heard you go and tell them.. the longer you wait the worse it will forget.

If the salesman is an honest man, he should tax it off your invoice no questions asked. If not then bitch to the GM.

BAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Now that I've gotten that out of my system, go as soon as possible, there is usually a 3 day window to work with.

thanks for your input. I talked to the finance manager and now they are telling me that part of it is non refundable, even though it doesnt say that. If any of you are lawyers, do you know if warranties are considered a product that is refundable? Thanks again fellows...

Go down there in person and make it the biggest ordeal that they've seen in a long time. I had to make quite a scene on my sister's behalf at a Honda dealership before they made things right.

Do the best you can to let them know that you are very upset, and it doesnt hurt to do it in front of other customers either . If they act like they arent going to give it to you, make sure you let them and everyone else know you are never buying a Honda again, especially the salesman and his manager........The biggest thing Honda banks on is the fact that Honda owners very rarely buy other types of cars after buying a Honda, and they would love it to stay that way..........trust me, my uncle is a salesman there, and he has told me this before himself
