Finally put front brakes on the car!
The front pads were about 80% worn, and had cracks all over the place. So, I installed the EBC GreenStuff pads, and now make a visual statement, too! Car stopped good off of $17 NAPA pads, these are MUCH better. It'd stop in 116' before, wonder if I can get 114'! Here's a quick pic I snapped.
If anybody's got any feedback on these pads, lemme know! I am going to be replacing rear pads soon, but EBC doesn't offer a pad for me out back. I'll use the Sport Groove rotors up front later this summer.

What car is that on? Any pulsation/brake chatter? I'd imagine there wouldnt be a big problem with slotted rotors. I'm trying tp pick out which pads I want to use on my drag car, but I was having a problem with certain pads making the fronts want to lock up regardless of how I proportioned the system within reason.

This is on a 1997 Olds Cutlass Supreme. I don't have any warpage problems...a little bit of sqeaking and moderate brake pressure levels under 25mph or so...that was on the cheap pads...these aren't even "bedded in" yet. These rotors have hot spots in them, though. Not a rotor problem...I'm kind of hard on brakes, and the cheap pad and rotor combo got hot for some reason...in the time it took me to get the car in to the shop, rack the car, and pull that wheel, the car had been sitting for 5 minutes including time getting in to the shop, and the calipers were STILL pretty warm, and the rotors just as hot. I have NO idea why. I could hold on to them, but the equipment had pretty good temps in it still.

I wanna say organic, but for the life of me I can't say for sure. It's been a while...I just know they were cheap.
