Seriously guys, you don't want that to happen. I see a SICKENING amount of people drive without them. "I won't crash, loosen up man." LOOSEN UP? Loosen up your body thrown around the damn car

I think the fact that he is wearing a Dale Earnhart t-shirt is especially ironic.

Damn.. That doesn't look good; whatever crushed the cabin on the side likely did the same to his head.
What I'd like to know is why he was videotaping himself. Security camera in a taxi cab, I suppose. I know people who only buckle up on long trips, which is pretty stupid. I don't think I've ever had a close call on the interstate. But I couldn't tell you how many times I've had dipshits swerve into my lane or pull out in front of me on my daily commute to/from work 3 miles away. |

you can see the real live results of not wearing a seatbelt on that tlc tv show, 'trauma: life in the er', one of those reality hospital shows where they film the emergency rooms in hospitals. seems like theyre always getting mutilated people from car crashes who werent wearing seatbelts. arent car crashes the #1 cause of death for people under 18? thought i read that somewhere, i know its way up there on the list.

It is the law in Ontario that drivers and their passengers must wear a saftybelt. The drive is responsible for all children under a certain age as well.

All the links are gone now. Anyone mirror it?
It especialy disgusts me when I see kids playing around in the car while the parent ignores them. I just wanna have them pull over so I can berate them on how crappy parents they are. I once had to teach my son when he was about six that he needed to be buckled in. He had refused too one day. So I said "ok, we'll see about that". Few minutes later I hit the brakes hard. He slammed himself against the seat back. Not too hard but hard enough. "Ok, you gonna wear that belt now?!?! Good thing that seat was there to stop you or you would have been on the dash right now!" "Yes dad " Never had a problem since then
