Help with alt. install...quick please!!!!

KK heres the problem, I can't get the drive belt onto the damned thing.... no matter what i try it won't go on...any tips tricks or anyone that live in Northport NY that wants to do it for me??

What kind of car are we talking about? Give us the pertinent info, and we'll be able to help you out much better. In general, use the reverse process of removing the belt to re-install it.

LOL! Mr Serpentine belts tensioner has quite a strong spring dosen't it? A two foot breaker bar makes quick work of it.... next time slip a piece of pipe over teh ratchet for extra leverage
