94Mobsta 07-03-2004 11:39 PM

i am 20 from southern california.

i currently drive a '94 ford ranger XLT 2wd. i blew out all four shocks a year ago out at the desert and i am saving a few more bucks to get my truck ready for next season (memorial day weekend). i am gonna have it torn down and have it fully caged and custom long travel suspension put on with most likely kings all the way around. if i have the money i will three link the back for added fun. this all depends on if i can get the money and if i can get the time to help my friend fab my truck at his shop. soon i will be getting my sisters '83 volvo 240 off her for a daily driver. i love both cars, they haul me and my board to the beach and that is all that matters. pardon the long post. does anyone else have an off-roading truck (desert, mud, rock, whatever)?

Scorps 07-04-2004 09:05 AM

Thats sounds like a bad ass truck Mobsta....but its doesn't matter how long the post is here, well I guess if you don't keep dragging on which you didn't. So enjoy your stay!

I found some pics, but I can't seem attach them and I don't have any pics online to link to. Am I missing something, or are all these pictures I've seen, links, not attachments?

Actually the pics are 6 years old too, couldn't find any recent ones.

The MR2 isn't running right now, I popped the turbo, and plan on doing some more major alterations instead of just replacing it... But as we all know, the biggest plans move the slowest....

Enviable list, but just gotta little '99 Miata. Nothing special added, but corners like it's on rails, and I'm scared to see how fast it will really go.

Unfortunately I have a 1999 Chevy Malibu and a 1997 Chevy Venture. Looking to dump the Malibu for a late 90's old body style Silverado K-2500 ex cab with the 5.7 liter and four wheel drive. Just waiting for that damn van to get paid off!!

I will post 1 pic of the rear that is all, i do not wish at his stage to show the engine or anything specific, at the moment the car is still being worked and not completly finished once it is completed i may create a website devoted to it...

On a side note i didnt come here to be questioned whether i owned the car or not. I answered the question that was asked on the thread, if that is not good enough, i couldnt care.

Gabbyness 08-19-2004 07:03 AM

Mate if you had half a brain you could easily see from my first pic of the rear that it is a GTR... then again you probably never seen one in real life. if you cant aford one thats not my problem.

keep your comments to yourself i got nothing else to say to you.
