I do believe all coast guard boats are made to right themselves, you actually strap yourself into the boat....

yeah, all cost gaurd boats right themselves, in fact i belive in lifeboat school, where coast gaurd officers learn to drive the boats they roll the boat a few times to show the students the capabilities of the lifeboats.
