If you could have any car, ever.....

.....what would it be?

ONE car, price being no object, any year, mint condition.

I'm going to have to go with a 1968 Yenko Super Camaro 427 4-speed, blue with white Yenko stripes

If the Batmobile were really powered by a gas turbine, I'd say that one. Gas turbines are cool.

In the real world, I'd like a Mercedes SL500.

Without looking it up, I'd guess that you have spelled it wrong, just like everybody else on the planet.

Just call it the Swedish Supercar.

Actully, it's spelled right, it's just missing the last g, 2 g's at the end, forgot it apparently. I only know how it's spelled because I have a huge poster of it above my computer desk.. haha

I think I'd go for a 1967 Chevrolet Corvette with the L88 427BB. Make 630+ hp from the factory. Worth a small fortune today.

Other than that, Audi's RS6 tickles my fancy, too.

However, for the sake of argument fodder (and to piss off the chevy guys)...

A worthy successor to the elegant and powerful Bugattis of the past, the Veyron 16·4 is powered by a 1001-horsepower W16 quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter engine with all-wheel drive. Bugatti claims this new super car will reach a speed of 252 mph. Acceleration is also impressive–the Veyron can reach 180 mph in just 14 seconds!

Actually, perhaps not so easy. The 959 or the McLaren F1? Nope, still gotta go with the 959.

You, too, can order your factory-made, all original parts DeLorean from the recently-reformed DeLorean Motor Company! They located a warehouse full of original factory parts, and have been repairing old and building new DeLoreans ever since. The screenshot I posted was from their website, DeLorean dot Com . You can visit them there and get directions to their factory, as well as build and order your own DeLorean online!

The factory and showroom is just around the corner from us. I'm gonna get Jinya out there soon.

After mentioning Cords to soothe my cargeek aesthetics, I will also mention the "General Lee". I am such a redneck at heart when it comes to cars, but after seeing one of the actual cars from the show at a local car show today, I am reminded of how much my burgeoning sex drives were confused by that show and that car. While every other young male my age was watching the show lusting after Daisy Duke, I wanted the car.

I am a car guy.
