ouch! But all to common, people get money and buy cars without learning to control that amount of power.

Looks more like a red paintmark on the retaining wall seen through the windshield than blood on the windshield. If someone hit the windshield physically, it would be busted, if someone was so injured they sprayed blood all over the windshield from the driver's seat, it would likely be on the inside of the left door glass as well.

Sadly, even totalled like that, the car is probably worth more than most of us here will make in a year. Salvage values on exotics like that are obscene.

good ol Road Atlanta has totalled many fancy cars. I used to particibate in the BMW CCA performance driving schools at Road Atlanta a few years back before the track was reconfigured. That hill he lost it on was the drop off just after going under the bridge and heading down toward the front straight, that is a trip hauling azz down the hill and it is easy to loose it in a mid engine car.

Before they reconfigured the track I'd see Ferrari's and Jag's hitting the bridge all the time. Just a bunch of dumb rich bastards driving over their heads

I can't wait to get back out on Road Atlanta, I need a track car first though, can't use my 2003 Dakota on the track

wow...just...wow...I'm trying to do accident reconstruction...did he turn too sharp, get oversteer, let off the throttle (or worse, brake) to correct and get snap oversteer he wasn't expecting? it looks like he slide almost perfectly backwards/sideways and smacked the wall with his drivers side, since the front and rear corners are (relatively) fine.
