All I'm gonna say is I HATE the look of the new BMW's.

Even the interior is fugly.

I don't think its horrible. I like the front, maybe if the taillights went more with the shape of the trunk it would look better

yeah, I was disappointed with the new M5. They used to be so bad-ass looking. They seem too refined. They were also designed by the same guy who designed the current 7 series which didn't seem to please many people.

The front end looks like the new Pontiacs.

The rear end just looks dumb. I wouldn't reject one though. Yumm @ BMW's V8 and paddle shift.

the taillights seem to only blend with the trunk but the rest of the rear doesn't.... kinda weird... nice interior though.. love the shifter

I love the 1988 BMW M6 so I am glad they brought back the 6 series.

Then in 2005 we will be blessed w/ a 500hp v-10 BMW M6.

Yuk. That's hideous. It looks like it came out of a Detroit design studio, and not in a good way.

First the iDrive, now crappy external design. BMW are going downhill fast...

i love it. most sweet is the roofline gives it a very sleek feel. it doesn't LOOK like a sedan

I don't think it's all that bad. I think it looks a lot like a Aston Martin Vanquish. Well, maybe not a lot, but I think they have some similiarities.

When I looked at the first pic, I didn't like. All others... that is a bad ass car. I'd take it over a Grand Am GT anyday..... Lets hope they make it available with a true manual transmission, SMG would probably be fun to drive, but nothin like a real stick. And I also hope they got the i-Drive system working better.

I disagree. I love this. The M6 will be... drool...

Bangle did a horrible job on the 5 and 7 series though. I liked them the way they were. And I still like m-b interiors better than BMW's, just has a better quality feel.

Wonder how it handles in the wind though....the camry has a similar 'trench' down the front and it almost gets blown off the road every time wind hits the car from the sides...
