Bruce Wayne would drive this
"yes, i'm looking for a car that expresses all aspects of my personality... superhero, boy racer, and filthy rich jackass"
"sir, i believe we have just the thing..."

They started with an SLR and ended with a cartoon.
Mercedes should sue for defamation, or slander. Something.

wonder how much that costs considering the base car is a million. I like the wheels. The back end is OK despite the stupid looking wing. The front end looks like painted cardboard affixed with chewing gum.
IMO the base car is sexy enough. And fast. Damn fast. I was doin' 120 on a straight (racetrack fun day, not the street) and I hear this screaming whoosh that sounded kinda like a fighter jet and one of those things blew by me like I was going backwards. Incredible car. |

This is the SLR McLaren Desire, if anyone's curious, and the entire production run is sold out. All fifteen of them. I'd demand my money back.

I nearly typed 'only $500 000' in that post, but took it out in an edit because somehow it just didn't look right.
Also, the interior's even worse: Gotta love the bright red Power Wheels steering wheel.

I never understood this.
I'd have enough trouble spending $500,000 on a house, let alone a car. Looks cool, though. In a comic book kind of way.

"Hello, Mercedes USA, i have a question for you"
"Yes, go ahead" "Well I have several squirrels lodged in my front airdamn, and I was wondering if you have any special tools I can use to remove them" "Do you have a Fabdesign SLR?" "Yes, why?" "We'll be right over, we get this all the time."
