I really like that look. The thing must be a pocket rocket.

Meh, it doesn't impress me. It looks too much like a flattened-out Golf. You guys are better off waiting for them to bring back the R32.

Simpson was on the shortlist but Cameron did not think that such a nice guy could be a ruthless killer. -From the Collector's Edition DVD of The Terminator |

The Scirocco was introduced in 1974 (1975 US) and was replaced by Corrado in late 80's early '90. It was based on the Golf/Rabbit chassis but little else did it have in common with the Golf/Rabbit. It was a compact sports car, with amazing performance and handling.
Yours Zweiblumen PS: The Corrado name was just publishity-stunt as it is logically just a new model of the Scirooco since the Corrado is also based on the Golf chassis

I kinda the new Scirocco. (Wasn't it called an Iroc at one stage...maybe concept?) I've never seen the old Scirocco, but this does have a lot of Golf influence. Incidentally, it's got the same big-ass '08' on the side as the new Audi A3 (I think). I work at the VW plant here in SA, but I doubt I'll see one of these anytime soon.
