Dodge SRT-10

Yes the new one, my brother picked one up and all I can say is holy shit is this thing fast. With a Viper V10 in it its got unbelievable accelaration and just screams down the road.. The amazing thing is at about 120 it feels like your riding in a Caddilac too.

This car is an absoloute blast to ride in and drive, anyone in the market for a sports truck should definately give this one some thought.

It DOESN'T have a hemi....so it won't break down every 10,000 miles! Sounds like a good deal.

Insane

I've always said that the viper motor was a truck motor and had no business in a sports car...seems like someone at dodge felt the same way about the first part =P

Did they have to move abck the fire wall on that to fit the larger engine? If so how far? Those pictures are amazing. It must be like flying a jet.

It is a cool idea and congrats to your brother but for that kind of money my personal preference would lean towards a Vette.

That truck is bad. Myself and my family have always been truck people so this thing is perfect.

But you can't fit you brand new big TV (as well as other big things) in a vette ...but that said yeah I'd be more likely to get a vette first.

i doubt it, i have the 360 (5.9) version and the firewall and engine is set so far back with so much extra room id imagine theres plenty of space to accomodate the viper motor. although doing any maitenence or mods on the thing is a fucking pain in the ass

The SRT-10 is a beautiful truck, but I hate that wing in the back... they're all over out here.

I don't think it's moved at all. The cab is the same shape as other models, and there was a lot of space in there before they crammed that huge thing in.

It's definitely a pian to work on, I'm 6'8" and I had to use a step stool to check everything under the hood. It's a monster, and fun to drive.
