What is that pounding?
The gulls are excited,
Taking to the darkening sky
They cry, "What!?"
What is it?
I know I'm in the city
And I ought to expect noise
But if the gulls can get upset then
So will I.

My only suggestion is to keep your poems in one thread, that way i can read them all better. You've come out of nowhere though and i like your stuff, it's fresh.
