Boiling inside me
Begging to be freed
But destined to be imprisoned
Within my own mind

Saddness

Churning my stomach
Begging to be quelled
But destined to remain unknown
By the one who caused it

Regret

Stinging my throat
Begging to go back
But destined to forever remain
Making me sick from my own mistakes

Fear

Pounding my heart
Begging to be vanquished
But destined to haunt
I'm left alone and afraid

This reminds me of the break up of my marriage. It's taken me a while but I'm getting over it. I hope you are too(if I'm right, of course) Good read.
