to see the light touch your face.
Call me Neptune, for I will stop the tides to bathe
with you, if only for a moment.
Call me Aries, for I will end all wars so you may
never again see a drop of blood.

Great first post! Welcome to the Literature Thread

That was a really creative idea to use the greek mythology in your poem- I could really see each of those mental images
