Our doctor put my wife on Medifast to help her lose weight. Well, she is having problems with it...first, she hates the taste of most of the shakes and bars (evidently she is one of the few people in the world who doesn't like the taste)...second, the shakes and bars upset her stomach. She called the company and they told her it may be the soy that is upsetting her stomach.

Has anyone tried Medifast and had a similar experience ?
