I need a video to workout to when it is too hot to go outside or when I need a break from cycling and blading. What workout videos do you like and why? Tell me about them- long or short, exciting or boring, leisurley or strenious?

I have tried a Pilates video before, but I cannot remember the exact name. Unfortunatley, there was a lot of dancing in it and I could never get the moves down. I am now working on Core Secrets with Gunnar Peterson, and that gets my heart racing a little, but it takes a lot of time and room. I was thinking of getting the Carmen Electra areobic striptease and lap dance videos, but I am kind of burnt out on buying expensive workout videos and finding that I don't like them. Let me know what you all think.

I used to work out to the Firm videos until my VCR went kaput. I really liked them a lot, they were pretty strenuous and had a little dance type stuff but not much. The longest one was about 45 minutes I think, and the other two were around half an hour. I think the website is www.firmdirect.com

I've been wanting to try the striptease exercise vids for a while... if you end up getting them, you should totally post and tell us how they are!

Ooo.. there's also the bellydancing workout videos that Martel has been begging me to get for a while now.. those are supposed to be fun!

I bought the carmen electra videos for my wife. She likes the one workout video. She has only done the strip tease videos once or twice so I guess that plan backfired...
