Maine Coons are actually known for their dog-like personality. And really, I already notice that she has some of those qualities. She's VERY devoted to us (we left for an hour, and when we got back she came trotting up to us meowing and jumped up) and loves to sleep with us. She's extremely playful, and sweet.

For anyone paying attention: The vet and SPCA messed up initially. MITTENS IS A BOY! We had to take him in for a second vet visit because he had an upper respiratory infection (which is now gone), and that's when we found out.

Yay, Biscuit is cute (and what a cute name!) I like to call Mittens "Mr. Sushi Roll" now because that's how he likes to sleep- curled up like a little sushi roll. I just hope my kitty is fluffier than Mr. Biscuit. I like fluffy cats.

His sister's name is sushi - she is slightly lighter colour, and a little bit fluffier. They are not even slightly kittens anymore - they are 2 years old. Still very funny to watch when they are playing, and very affectionate.

Mittens is so cute! I like how he's sitting on the top of his castle so proudly. Enjoy the bugger, kittenhood goes by so quickly. When you see your kitty-puss all the time, you don't see how fast they grow up.
