Tummy Toning Tips!?!
If you have some great advice on creating a ripped tummy I'd love to hear!
Right now I do, leg lifts, crunches, and hip extentions. I just wanted to know if anyone had a "tummy system" that they might want to share... |

Run Forest Run!
Do some cardio, like running. You can't "spot trim" our bodies store fat evenly throughout the bodies fat storage areas. Keep doing what you are doing, because that will build the muscles, which will give you the definition you want once the surface fat is gone. Also any weight training or resistance training will help boost muscle growth, which in turn will increase your overall metabolism. And don't worry, lifting weights won't make you "huge" |

I basically do two different stomach routines, I do them on cardio day (yeah, I know..) and I switch it up every month or two:
Hanging Leg Raises Hanging Twisted Raises Weighted Crunches Good Morning Squats Crunches (swiss ball or otherwise) Reverse Crunches Leg Lifts Back Extensions
