Tummy Toning Tips!?!
If you have some great advice on creating a ripped tummy I'd love to hear!
Right now I do, leg lifts, crunches, and hip extentions. I just wanted to know if anyone had a "tummy system" that they might want to share... :) |
Run Forest Run!
Do some cardio, like running. You can't "spot trim" our bodies store fat evenly throughout the bodies fat storage areas. Keep doing what you are doing, because that will build the muscles, which will give you the definition you want once the surface fat is gone. Also any weight training or resistance training will help boost muscle growth, which in turn will increase your overall metabolism. And don't worry, lifting weights won't make you "huge" |
I basically do two different stomach routines, I do them on cardio day (yeah, I know..) and I switch it up every month or two:
Hanging Leg Raises Hanging Twisted Raises Weighted Crunches Good Morning Squats Crunches (swiss ball or otherwise) Reverse Crunches Leg Lifts Back Extensions |
yeah i eat, lift and run.

not really that much you can do to target your abs
ab workouts help but are nothing without a great diet and cardio |
You can probably do all the ab excercises you want, but if you got a bit of fat on your stomach, its going to cover the ab muscle. The best bet would be cardio.
|
best is cardio to trim it down.. then doing situps/crunches/hanging exercises will fine tune the muscles.. but with anything.. it does take time.. dont expect immediate results
|
You'll never have a toned tummy if you've got excess fat deopisted on your belly. Not that i'm saying you do, it's just the way it is. Cardio Cardio Cardio.
|
I run about 2 and a half miles (30 minutes) before my weight reps, and I don't expect immediate results. Thank for all the advice!
|
cardio isn't gonna do a thing, without a strict diet. If not, the cardio is just gonna burn of fthe excess garbage that you are eating daily. If you want a great stomach.....95% diet!!!
|
I think the key here is cardio
