I'm addicted to this stuff. It's more hydrating than water and doesn't have the sodium that gatorade has. Is vitamin water good for you or will I suffer some kind of organ problems down the road if I drink it a regular basis?

Dose the type you drink have lots of sugar in it?

It shouldn't be a problem, even though (and I know you probably know this ), you'd get more out of just taking a multivitamin and drinking plain water

LOL I'm not drinking it for the vitamins. I just find it more refreshing than water. I just don't want some organ failure after drinking vitamin water for a prolong period of time.

The Vitamin Water from Glaceau just tastes like watered down fruit juice.. .but the messages on the bottles are hysterical... Laughter is great medicine so they're good for you

Believe me, I can relate! What do they put in that stuff, anyway? I don't want to drink anything else anymore, and I can still remember the first time I ever drank one....

My friend is obsessed with that stuff too, that's all she drinks nowadays. Not sure if that was related to her recent organ failures and limb losses, but I'm sure it's completely unrelated.

Really, I doubt anything like that could be bad for you in anything less than an extreme case. I mean, if you're drinking the equivalent of 15 gallons of it a day, you might end up with some kind of issue, but other than that, I feel like you're not in any risk.
