Buying property
To the mod(s): I dont know if this is the proper place for this post, but if there is a problem, please correct the location.
Where can I start in a look for buying non-residential property? I am basically looking for an extremely cheap small property for a bit of a "workshop". I would not be living there so no living quarters etc. would be necessary. I just dont know where to start looking for such a property. An arrow in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Edit: this would be in souther California, Orange County if possible.. though doubtful. |
You can try craigslist.org - Look under Real Estate - check all the categories if you have time or just Office/Commercial.
Check Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. There's all three there. Or you can check the Orange County Register under Real Estate (Sundays) or the Classifieds under 'Real Estate' commercial property, industrial etc. Good Luck. |
Here's the links:

Wow, thanks for the prompt reply.. will check them out.

have you tried looking at www.loopnet.com
It's the main one commercial brokers use... you can search by type of space, size, etc. |
just check out the local newspapers to find stuff...and they will have real estate guides as well...you can probably find these online
