bean burritos
hey i was wondering if these things would help me lose some weight while providing decent nutrition. i checked on the taco bell website and they seem to be pretty low in fat (10) and high in protein/iron. 2 a day 3 times a week?? would that be effective. i'm not fat or anything but i put on 10 lbs from a cruise and im having trouble getting back down to 155.

Nothing from Taco Bell will help you lose weight, would probably kill you with heart disease before you'd lose any weight from it.

The beans are good for you but not the wrapper. Make sure you get 25-30 grams of fiber each day, 7 helpings fruit, 5 veggies and only good fats, like olive oil. Taco Bell will shuff your lights out. And as Jack LaLane said, if man made it, don't eat it. A little exercise would also help.
